Dining

The Center will offer distinctive dining settings inspired
by the legendary gods of Mount Olympus.  The Acropolis,
The Center’s signature restaurant, will be headed by
distinguished chef, Marco Alvarado, and will be open
daily for an elegant breakfast, lunch, or dinner. 

The Goddess Restaurant, open 24-hours a day, will
include a tea room, juice bar, and bookstore. 
Poseidon’s Poolside Bar and Grill will offer casual
outdoor dining.  Aphrodite’s Lounge and Bar, located
off of the main lobby, will feature live music, and will
serve complimentary hors d’oeuvres, everyday from
5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. A gourmet coffee bar will also
be located in this Palace. Daily room service will be
available from 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

The Center’s fine restaurants will serve organically
grown food whenever possible.
