In this video, we’ll take a look at how stress has become a global epidemic and how it can devastate your work, your emotions and your body. Then, you will learn two techniques for rebalancing your mental and physical energies so that you can respond to stress in new and healthy ways. One is meant to be used when you have private time to build a foundation of inner strength and calm. The other is a quick and easy way to compose yourself when you suddenly have to speak up or when the boss is on her way to your office for answers. Practicing these techniques builds new habits of confidence and self-control. Additional exercises are suggested for gaining a better understanding of your subconscious motivations.
