Rage and Anger Management Change your mind Change your Paradigm
Overview The story really begins in your mother’s womb.
- Studies have shown that what your mother was experiencing when she was carrying you have a direct results on the amount of propensity you have toward rage and anger.
- Other studies show that if we constantly thing about guns and physical violence, are brains develop a channel, cell by cell, for thinking in violent terms.
- Still another study shows the environment can alter the way our brain controls our behavior. 1. The study of rats exposed to kill a mouse. 2. Giving an animal a few toys changed their immune system.
- Then there is the genetic defect that directly relate to the propensity for rageful behavior.
Were going to address all of these and more during the next few lesson
- We will learn to deal with resentments, the past, clearing away the wreckage of the past, learning to give freely of self, and to begin to really enjoy this life’s journey as you should.
- Learn to forgive, learn self-love & how to make the proper amends, fight fair, instant rapport, & how to perform random acts of kindness.
- Learn to rewrite the past, learn that failure is only feedback, & learn from our life lessons.
- Learn to visualize, wish, and dream – to develop a burning desire a passion for life.
- Learn to tune into our bodies, mind, and spirit, to become a good observer of self Which includes self-inventory, sole searching, & awareness of the now.
- Learn to become a prosperity thinker, learn about abundance. Learn to energize your life’s journey to what you would desire.
- Learn to be self-motivated and organized, to harness you inner powers, learn to be powerless, to be in power of self.
- Learn to respect and value others, self, and be proud, esteemed, and grateful. Become impeccable with your self-commitments. After all you are the most important person in this Universe.
- Learn to deal with all the parts of you, getting into synergy with all and synchronizing the “mind committee” to work toward your greater goodness, welfare, and harmony.
- Learn to change your mind to change your Paradigm.
- I know this seams like a tall order, but if we are able to learn to wake up every day and grant our selves joy, happiness, and freedom, then learn to really live that. Our life’s journey becomes so much more rewarding, rich, and abundant. It comes down to inchoating and internalizing that this can become a reality and that we are able to change our basic beliefs that keep us in such a nasty mood, such a restricted vision, such a confined life. So if we change our view of the world, the journey, and ourselves we are on then the rage and anger become a moot issue, a non-thought, and a done deal.
- Most all of this training comes form my experience as a Master facilitator for the Los Angeles County Probation Department. All of these lessons are part of what the men in my Domestic Violence classes and the men and women in my anger management classes are learning. In general most of the people who are court committed to attend these classes are “victims of circumstances, and should never have had to go to jail, if not for……………and the stories go on and on. So with that incoming attitude I always make it a point welcome them to these life changing classes an let them know this is there lucky day.
