YOGA IN THE  OFFICE

Maribeth Hammond R.Y.T began her yoga studies in 1986.
She is director of the Yoga Channel and Yoga at Silverstrand
Beach in Oxnard.

She has earned registration and recognition by the Yoga Alliance for her more than 5000 hours of yoga instruction. She has completed intensive teacher training certifications and continues her studies by attending numerous workshops, trainings, classes and retreats. She currently teaches all levels of classes and a variety of specialty workshops.

She works in conjunction with a chiropractor and his
clients and has implemented a stress reduction and
wellness program with the Ventura County Fire Dept.
Her teaching promotes body alignment, flexibility, relaxation and spiritual growth. She is available for PRIVATE SESSIONS.
